We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8-14 days to the US.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you return instructions within 24-48 hours

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item email us at support@furco.pet with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately.
